PLATINUM TV DESCRIPTION
PLATINUM service address for TiviMate Premium

IF YOU HAVE THE XTREAM APP ALREADY INSTALLED YOU MUST UNINSTALL THE XTREAM APP 1ST BEFORE INSTALLING THE PIERCEPRIME TV APP. PLEASE USE THE PIERCEPRIME TV APP FOR BOTH PLATINUM AND XTREAM
SET UP ON FIRESTICKS, FIRECUBE, FIRETV

From the Amazon home screen
1. Select “Find“ in the middle bar followed by Search
2. On this Search window, type the name of the app Downloader (it will appear below and click on it)
3. Click the Downloader icon on the next screen
4. Choose Download (or Get) on the window that appears next
5. Open the DOWNLOADER app
6. Then press the home button on the remote
7. Select the gear icon or in the middle bar (on the far right) to open Settings
8. Now, choose the option My Fire TV (if you see “Developer Options” then skip to line 11).
9. Click on “About“
10. . Hover over Fire TV Stick (or other name) and click the select button 7 times until you see “You are now a developer” message
10. Click the back arrow button on your remote once and you will now see “Developer Options“
11. Click and open the Developer Options
12. Next switch ON the option ADB Debugging
13. Then click Install unknown apps
14. Click Downloader and turn it ON
15. Press the home button on the remote
16. Open on the DOWNLOADER app (click allow when prompted when opening app)
17. Then type http://aftv.news/106027
18. Then click GO
19. Select install
20. Open
21. Goto settings
22. Then goto EPG
23. Then click update interval hours and select 2
24. Then turn on update app on start and update app on playlist change
25. Then click the back button on the remote once
26. Then click on on Playback

28. Turn On and Enable AFR for VOD and turn on Switch Screen for 4k resolution for 4K video
29. Press the back bottom 3 times on the remote and now click ADD PLAYLIST

Add XTREAM
1. Goto settings

6. Enter XTREAM username and password

10. You are now logged in XTREAM
PLATINUM TV INSTALLATION (Nvidia Shields and TiVo 4K stream)
Setup on Nvidia Shield and Tivo Stream 4k
1. Install Downloader app from Google Play Store
2. Open on the DOWNLOADER app (click allow when prompted when opening app)
3. Then type http://aftv.news/106027
4. Select install (you must allow unknown sources for the Downloader app if prompted. Then go back and install).
5. Open
6. Goto settings
7. Then goto EPG
8. Then click update interval hours and select 2
9. Then turn on update app on start and update app on playlist change
10. Then click the back button on the remote once
11. Then click on on Playback
12. Click on Auto Frame Rate (AFR)
13. Turn On and Enable AFR for VOD and turn on Switch Screen for 4k resolution for 4K video

Tivimate premium
Tivimate Premium Features (Tivimate Premium is an app that you purchase from the Playstore and can be used to play XTREAM, ROGUE and FLIX services).
– No more uninstalling old apps and installing new app.
●Recording DVR
-TiviMate Premium will allow you to DVR a Channel for later playback viewing (DVR for XTREAM and/or ROGUE)
– Firestick storage space for recording is very limited. It is recommended getting a device with more storage space or a different device where storage space can be added.
- Multiple Playlist. -You can add multiple subscription. XTREAM, ROGUE, and FLIX all on same app.
TIVIMATE PREMIUM Install instructions for fire devices (Firestick, FireCube, FireBox, Fire TV)
TiviMate premium costs only $7.99/yr for 5 devices and that includes a 5 day free trial. $19.99 for the lifetime subscription. That is the price for the app and not the service which you purchase from the website. Most get the lifetime one-time payment.
Prior to installing TiviMate Premium, users must register for an Account via the TiviMate Companion App. This app is only available in the Google Play Store, therefore must be installed on Android Device( or through BlueStacks or another Android emulator if you do not have an Android Device).
If you do not have an Android phone or device, you must install the BlueStacks emulator on your PC or MAC to access the Google Play Store and install TiviMate Companion.
Note: If you’re using a generic Android TV Box with stock Android, you can install TiviMate Companion through the Google Play Store. Devices running the true Android TV operating system such as NVIDIA SHIELD don’t include this app so you will need to setup an account on an Android phone, tablet, or through BlueStacks.
PART 1. INSTALL TIVIMATE COMPANION APP VIA GOOGLE PLAY STORE
Once installed, use the instructions below to setup a TiviMate Account
1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android Phone or Device.
2. Click Install.
3. Wait for download to finish.
4. Click Open.
5. Click Account.
6. Enter a username and password that you would like to use and select Create Account.
7. Click Buy Subscription and enter your payment information.
8. Registration is complete!
Be sure to write down or remember your login information to sign into the TiviMate App.
Part 2. Get Downloader on FireStick (if you already have Downloader App skip to Part 3.)
1. From the home screen of your device, hover over the Find option.
2. Click Search.
3. Search for and select Downloader.
4. Choose the Downloader app.
5. Click Download.
6. Wait for the app to install.
7. Once the app finishes installing click Open and select Allow on bottom of the page.
8. Return to the home screen (press home button on remote) and open Settings.
9. Now, choose the option My Fire TV (if you have Developer Options skip to line 14)
10. Hover over the Settings icon and click My Fire TV.
11. Click About.
Note: Notice Developer Options is missing.
12. Hover over ABOUT and click the OK button on your remote 7 times to become a developer.
13. Click the back button on your remote and you will notice Developer Options is now showing within My Fire TV.
14. Choose Developer options
15. Click Install unknown apps.
16. Find the Downloader app and click it.
17. This will turn Unknown Sources to On for the Downloader app. This will enable side-loading on your device.
Part 3. Use Downloader to Install TiviMate on FireStick
1. Go to the Apps menu from the FireStick home.
2. Open the Downloader app and select the Enter a URL box on the home screen.
3. It will open a virtual keyboard. Type iptvwire.com/tivi and hit Go at the bottom.
4. Downloader will install the latest TiviMate APK onto your FireStick. It’s about 11MB.
5. Click Install when prompted.
6. After installation, Delete the APK from your device.
7. Press the home button on your FireStick remote.
8. Select Apps on the following screen.
9. Scroll to TiviMate IPTV Player but do not select it. Instead of selecting it, press the options button on your FireStick remote.
10. You will find the Move option on the right side. Select it.
11. Move TiviMate to the top row, then press the select button on your remote to confirm the new location.
12. Now you can comfortably access TiviMate Player from your FireStick home screen. There’s no need to go through a menu each time.
Part 4. Login To TiviMate
Step 1
After you install the app open it you will be greeted with this screen, sometimes it will prompt you to update to the latest version update if this occurs. Then select add playlist button

Select Xtream Codes Login from list

For XTREAM enter the server address URL http://xtream.cx:826 Then enter your username and password and select next
Step 3b
For ROGUE enter the server address URL https://flarestream.tv:443 Then enter your username and password and select next
Step 3c
For FLIX enter the server address URL http://mstar.club:80 Then enter your username and password and select next
Step 4
The app will start to process the details and install the channels and tv guide. Click done when finish, if it says error go back and make sure and check if the details are correct
Step 5. TiviMate will load the IPTV service and offer a peek at the number of channels and movies available in the IPTV package.
Step 6. Add a Playlist name. Change it to XTREAM, ROGUE, or FLIX (whichever your logging into).
Step 7. If the playlist is finished processing, select Done.
Step 8. A minute or two later, you will see the service’s content appearing in the TiviMate app.
Part 5. Unlock TiviMate Premium on FireStick
Now that you have purchased TiviMate Premium using an Android device, it’s time to activate the premium subscription on your FireStick for a flawless IPTV experience. Go through the steps below.
1. Open the TiviMate app on your FireStick.
2. As soon as you try to use any of the premium features, TiviMate will ask you to unlock the feature by subscribing.
3. Glance through all the Premium features and hit the Next button.
4. The following screen will ask you to buy TiviMate Premium using the Android TiviMate Companion app. We have already done that. Click on the Account button.
5. Add your TiviMate account Email and Password and click on Log in.
6. If you don’t remember your password, hit the Forgot Password button at the bottom. TiviMate will send you a password reset link on your registered email ID. Reset your password and try to log in using the new account credentials.
That’s it. You have successfully activated TiviMate Premium

Removing categories
– While on the guide… press to the left to get to the categories. Then hold the select button and a menu will appear on the right. Click on manage groups. Then turn off the categories you do not want.
Parental control
– Go to settings ….then Parental Control…turn on….make a pin…..go down and turn on group options…then back out….then goto categories….then goto adult….hold select button…enter your pin…down to block group and turn on

BUFFERING TIPS
– Clear cache on app( Press the home button on remote…. Go to settings…. Go to Install applications on the device…. Select PiercePrime Tivimate app and clear cache.
– Restart your router and device( unplug both of them for several minutes…then restart)
– Do a speed test. Download Analiti speed test from Amazon store( The magnifying glass in the upper left corner on your Amazon home screen) or from Google Play Store. Make sure you are getting the speed you pay for( You should at least 80% of what you pay for)
– Make sure you are not using more connections than what you pay for. If install on multiple devices…. Make sure you back each device all the way out to the home screen before shutting down.
– If you are using your Internet providers router, consider getting your own. Routers are the most important part in your network. Get a router that covers more than the square footage of your home. Replace out dated router… They get out dated within several years. If you have a multi-level home consider getting a mesh router. One with multiple nodes that you can stagger throughout your home and even hardwire multiple streaming devices to.
– Upgrade you’re streaming devices. Get one that you can hardwire. (This is BIG improvement)

3. select a service in the number of months along with the number of connections you want to change to. While checking out make sure to put your exact username for the app in the identified box “username”(see IMAGE 1 below). Then finish checking out.
4. then log back onto the website and click services. Select the service that you no longer want and no longer using. Then select request cancellation and give a reason.
